After assigning a Project Manager, the first step on the process is to build the project virtually in the computer, using different software applications depending on the size of the project. In this part of the process we evaluate the constructability of the project and clients can visualize the concept and check if that is the point where they want to go. These 3D models are discussed with designers and we make sure that we understood the project in the exact way they intended it. This procedure allows us to have a better visualization, coordination of trades and minimizing of change orders during the construction, which can be a big waste of time and money.
From this model we obtain costs for construction and different items involved in the design like appliances and even furniture, when possible. These costs can be used to make decisions before the project breaks ground and reach the budget available to the owners. Once permits are ready, your Project Manager will be your partner guiding you and keeping you informed about all the details of the project, the progress made and the day to day of the process.
